Jim Stevens

Jim has proudly called Cookeville home for over 18 years. His background lies in both real estate, as a broker, and construction, as a licensed contractor. In acquiring his CPA, Jim also acquainted himself with accounting practices. His college experiences produced first a B.S. in Accounting, then an M.B.A. from Tennessee Tech. He now owns and manages over 150 rental units.

Jim lives happily married to his wife Mary Elizabeth Stevens in Cookeville. Together, the two raise their five children: Samantha, Megan, Valerie, Jamie and Brian.
